NimNim is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer service-oriented individual.
You will be responsible for educating and creating NimNim awareness across residential and college networks. This position calls for the ability to interact with busy working professionals and college students at our promotional tabling events at apartment complexes and universities and ensuring they understand how our service will help them. You will also cold call and email prospective students and working professionals post-event by following up with their interest. You will onboard new customers during the event by educating potential customers about us and finally, closing the deal with them (e.g. signing up on the NimNim app, following us on social media, etc.) You will reach out to existing partners and set up routine events in different spaces. Finally, you will set up the table and ensure all of the event-related tasks are completed.
