Baroo provides high quality, on-demand care for city-dwelling pets. We partner with luxury properties to provide care to their canine and feline residents, from dog walking to cat playdates, pet sitting, and grooming.

This selective Fellowship Program annually accepts seniors and recent graduates who have exceptional promise to participate in a one year paid fellowship in one of Baroo's markets: Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; or Washington, DC. At the conclusion of the year, Baroo works with Fellows to be placed in opportunities in professional opportunities in residential real estate, hospitality, and start-up companies.

Over the course of Fellowship, individuals receive extensive training and experience in every facet of Baroo's business. Fellows begin with service delivery and quickly take on significant responsibilities including: sales and business development, marketing, budgeting, strategy, and innovation.

Fellows end the program prepared for future leadership and career opportunities. Baroo leverages our deep connections in the real estate community to particularly help Fellows find placement in the residential real estate and hospitality fields.

We are seeking highly motivated college students and recent college grads who are passionate about pets and looking for an opportunity for experience and professional development at a fast-paced startup.
