Job Site Manager Internship

College Pro Painters is currently recruiting to fill Job Site Management positions on crews in your neighborhood. No experience is necessary – we will train you in all aspects of the role!
Job Site Managers are paid hourly with an aggressive bonus structure. The position is outdoors and is a full-time summer job (35-40 hours per week). If you are a good fit, this role could be a stepping-stone for future internship and leadership opportunities within College Pro.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and paint alongside a crew of 2-4 employees
Oversee job budgets for your crew and report to the local area manager
Work with customers on a daily basis
Drive team culture throughout the summer
