• Providing residential support to students in the GWI Summer Intensive Program as needed
• Facilitating community among students in the GWI Summer Intensive Program
• Supporting the Program Manager in smoothly executing each day’s scheduled programming
• Assisting GWI staff with administrative needs, such as printing materials and purchasing lunch for guest speakers
• Attending all site visits and any required weekend and/or evening events
• If relevant, collaborating with GWI Teaching Assistants to provide educational assistance to GWI Scholars requesting additional help with class material
• Updating Whova, GWI’s event management app, with important communication Creating content for GWI to be used across multiple platforms, such as print ads, flyers, email newsletters, reports, website, and social media:
• Developing and execute visual communication, including graphics and design layouts
• Writing and editing original content
• Capturing and editing photos and videos of the educational programming, site visits and other events

• MUST reach the age of 21 on or before May, 2020
• MUST have US work authorization
• Highly recommended: Photography, videography, graphic design, and/or content creation experience Please note that all work completed during employment will be the property of GWI. However, candidates may use any work in their future portfolios.
• Highly desirable: peer support or mentoring experience

Ideal candidates will be interested in finance or investment management and passionate about mentoring their peers and providing support to talented and ambitious young women. In addition to residential and coordination responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with multifaceted skills in visual or written content creation and marketing to aid in our social media efforts while on campus.
