This role is for an individual with strong interpersonal skills who gets excited to meet and get to know customers in all different stages of life. That means striving to truly understand the needs of our customers by creating proposals as unique and as relevant as they are.

You will be responsible for not only driving the top line numbers, but also helping establish a brand on both the retail and storm market space.

You must be a like-able professional and have the work ethic of Paul Bunyan.

You will be expected to generate leads, sell, and oversee the brand experience for customers.

You will be the integral player in expanding the brand to different markets with future growth opportunities inside the organization.

Lead Generation:

Retail:

• You will be attending networking groups, reaching out to neighbors of customers, following up with past customers and proposals, attending Home Shows, and many more.

• You will be responsible for managing leads weekly, monthly, and quarterly to ensure yearend goals are met.

Storm:

• You will be traveling to provide a service to the different homeowners when storms hit. There will be many homeowners in need of construction services following the damages and you will be the mediator between customers and the insurance companies.

Sales:

• The sales associate will learn and execute Accord’s refined sales system.

• The sale system helps our average sales associate close 40-60% of the appointments and will be the foundation to their success. This is the main role of the sales associates and is the main metric of success.

• The sales associate should expect to make many phone calls to schedule appointments, inspections, demonstrations, and following up with unladed proposals.

• The sales associate should also expect to do a descent amount of traveling during the storm season, where they will maximize their compensation plan.

Brand Experience:

• Passing the job onto the production team is essential part of creating a certainty and delivering on the promises of Accord.

• You will be responsible for accurately estimating all projects, delivering detailed proposals, and most importantly, delivering an exceptional brand experience to the customers.

• References will be a key part of your role as a sales associate. As you grow your own customer reference list, you will help build the social media platforms for Accord and is not limiting to Angie’s List, Yelp, Facebook, Houzz, etc.

• An Associates / Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of experience in sales

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High energy, positive attitude, and like-able personality

• Preference to around goals and accountability

• Openness to learn and be coachable

• Drive and ambition towards short/long-term objectives

• Valid driver’s license

• Available 40+ hours/week
