Duties and Responsibilities:
Become an expert on Vivint's products and offerings
Present the benefits of our products and create solutions to protect and simplify customers' lives
Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures
Attend team meetings for continued training and development of business skills
Manage time effectively and meet personal goals
Review performance with the sales manager on a weekly and monthly basis
Follow company and office policies in regards to both conduct and employee performance
Training
Training takes place in both a classroom setting and through shadowing current reps in the field
We emphasize roll-playing in the classroom setting to make sure our reps are confident in the products and offering for customers
We make sure that reps get a chance to watch experienced reps interact with real customers through field training
Weekly training and special conferences are provided for on-going development for our reps

Required Skills and Experience:
No experience necessary
Must be honest, empathetic, assertive and be able to follow a system
Must work well in a competitive team environment
Must be able to think quickly on your feet and identify solutions taught in training to help solve customer problems
Basic understanding of smart phones and tablet technology
