Supports the Video Content Production team while participating on multiple VIDEO production programs for Clinique. Works directly with the Manager of Video Content negotiating contracts, building timelines, shoot schedules, post production calendars. Additionally coordinates and executes mid funnel shoots as directed by Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with Manager of Video Content in day-to-day management of all active projects
• Attends video shoots in support of Manager as needed
• Coordinates and executes mid-funnel productions from shoot through post production, i.e. execution of Single Product Demos, Engage to Convert Videos.
• Monitors day to day activities to ensure projects are progressing on time and are within budget
• Maintains director, model, music contracts, prop and model releases and drafts contract language for approval by team leadership
• Provides estimates and up to date reports on budgets for assigned video shoots
• Processes and tracks the billing and contract renewals of all projects produced by the team
• Negotiates and tracks renewals of usage rights
• Updates and distributes the department project calendar
• Issues call sheets, shot lists and production books for all assigned shoots and provides metadata to the asset management system administrator
• Attends weekly status meetings
• Responsible for project Content Production billing including setting up new vendors, opening shopping carts, processing purchase orders and confirming goods in SRM and confirming that invoices have been received and processed in a timely manner
• Maintains job files including all related documents
• Provides creative resource presentations to Director as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of related experience with a strong background working on Video projects -Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills -Ability to translate creative ideas into creative content -Interest and knowledge in models, video, pop culture, new media and photography -Strong ability to manage budgets with attention to detail  -Excellent communication skills -Ability to focus, stay on task & meet production deadlines -Good Mac skills and familiarity with all other commonly used graphic design software such as Photoshop -Experience with SRM or other purchase order processing systems preferred -Experience negotiating contracts a plus
