    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The Associate, Omni Marketing Operations will support the Account Director in the day-to-day operations of driving omni sales and initiatives for their retailers for the Too Faced brand in North America. In partnership with the Account Director, the Associate will lead all omnichannel marketing operation efforts for high volume key accounts for the brand, including supporting the rapid growth of store business as well as the site merchandising aspect of dotcom. They will also drive sales through programming samples for promotional campaigns, executing all needs for marketing placements, and building strong business relationships for their respective accounts.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    OMNI OPERATIONS:

    • Create and oversee omni launch trackers for respective retailers inclusive of prior year’s history and forecast.

    • Foster strong retailer partnerships to capture the business calendar including promotion and sampling, in-store visuals, and eventing for the Omni business.

    • Analyze reporting of competitive activity amongst respective retailers, both in-store and online, sharing learnings with the Account Director.

    • Oversee the maintenance of system for tracking retailer deadlines and project statuses, following up with cross-functional teams as necessary.

    • Review and analyze internal digital marketing asset packages and manage all retailer.com deliverables.

    • Create and oversee exposure tracker to record all retailer placements both via email and on-site.

    • Create and maintain comprehensive asset library for retailer.com.

    • Lead input of all retailer new item forms for both newness & samples, including copy & web collage. Also includes partnering with global regulatory & customer service.

    • Audit retailer.com to ensure optimal online merchandising & best in class practices.

    • Oversee submission & execution of creative needs for retailer.com & advertising.

    • Update & maintain retailer assortment documents.

    SAMPLING AND NO-COST ORDERS:

    • Oversee and ensure that sample tracker updates to ensure proper allocations and budget.

    • Ensure allocations are placed through Passport system and closely track how samples have actualized and any movement in shipment timing.

    • Develop and manage tracker to house all no-cost orders submitted for all applicable programs.

    • In conjunction with Account Director, secure forecasting, align on programs, manage budget and timeline, and roll forecasts monthly for all Omni sampling initiatives.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    NECESSARY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • 2+ years of related Account Operations or similar relevant experience.

    • Branding/social media/Beauty/Fashion/Entertainment experience a plus.

    • Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines with a follow-up mentality.

    • Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting in small to large business settings.

    • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; ability to influence others.

    • Excellent written and oral communications skills.

    • Strong quantitative skills and ability to effectively story tell with data.

    • Four-year college degree or equivalent.

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,500 to $89,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
