    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The Coordinator, Omni Marketing Operations will support the Account Director in the day-to-day operations of driving omni sales and initiatives for their retailers for the Too Faced brand in North America. In partnership with the Account Director, the Manager will create and support all omnichannel marketing operation efforts for the brand, including the site merchandising aspect of dotcom. They will also drive sales through programming samples for promotional campaigns, executing all needs for marketing placements, and building strong business relationships for their respective accounts.

     

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    OMNI OPERATIONS:

    • Create and manage omni launch trackers for respective retailers inclusive of prior year’s history.
    • Collaborate closely with Account Director to execute the business calendar including promotion and sampling for the Omni business.
    • Report and track competitive activity amongst respective retailers, both in-store and online.
    • Maintain seasonal launch SKU detail information tracker.
    • Maintain a system for tracking retailer deadlines and project statuses, following up with cross-functional teams as necessary.
    • Continually audit assets/copy to recommend updates to maintain best in class ppages.
    • Manage all retailer.com deliverables including assets/images/emails for all retailer.com accounts.
    • Create and maintain exposure tracker to record all retailer placements both via email and on-site.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive asset library for retailer.com.
    • Ensure timely submission of all web assets to retailers.

     

    SAMPLING AND NO-COST ORDERS:

    • Manage sample tracker updates to ensure proper allocations and budget.
    • Place all allocations through Passport system and closely track how samples have actualized and any movement in shipment timing.
    • Actively monitor for any increase in ratings following review seeding campaigns.
    • Work together with Account Director to secure forecasting, align on programs, manage budget and timeline and roll forecasts monthly for all Omni sampling initiatives.
  • Qualifications
    • 1+ years of related Account Operations or similar relevant experience  
    • Branding/Social Media/Beauty/Fashion/Entertainment experience a plus
    • Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines with a follow-up mentality
    • Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting in small to large business settings
    • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; ability to influence others
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Strong quantitative skills and ability to effectively story tell with data
    • Four-year college degree or equivalent
