POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities for the Manager, Business Analysis, North America Technology position include:
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information.
Evaluating output requirements and formats.
Analyze requirements from the business; constructs workflow charts and diagrams; studies system capabilities; writes specifications.
Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Analyze and monitor implementation of business rules through review of documents which include business requirements, design documents, test plans and other specification documents.
Contribute to project plans.
Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.

Strong skills with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Experience working with (or, ability to quickly learn & master) a variety of technologies including web, mobile and social
MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $96,500 to $162,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
