    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    The ideal candidate needs to have an in-depth understanding of how to drive ecommerce sales through effective and cost-efficient marketing programs.  An analytical and strategic thinker is required to balance new customer acquisition programs with retention initiatives as well as identifying and embarking on business development opportunities.  The primary focus will be to drive and deliver the sales and new business initiatives with the retailer partners for Too Faced while leading as the channel expert for the team.  This role will also contribute and lead in the brands’ retail strategy and planning, strategize and be responsible for deploying and optimizing our Retailer Media Network (RMN) investment with key retail partners. This role will lead all aspects of Too Faced retailer partner brand boutique refreshes and development, in partnership with our retail partners, to ensure deadline and goals have been successfully accomplished.  This individual will work closely with Retail Marketing and Creative Services to achieve overall project objectives and deliver assets in a timely fashion.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee the retailer.com business to achieve sales goals, tracking individual accounts monthly sales targets and securing best initiatives as needed to meet sales and brand goals

    • Regularly identify opportunities to build business and drive retailer.com channel to achieve sales and brand goals

    • Create and maintain monthly SBS Retailer Calendars and execute in line with those calendars

    • Set strategy for retailer media investment with selected retailers and manage day-to-day relationships with media partners

    • Lead Quality Assurance for branded features on retailer sites for accuracy in all product data/images, timely updates to new product launches, marketing, and special merchandising pages. Ensure that brands’ presence has products merchandised and presented correctly and in the best possible light

    • Partner with digital and retailer marketing teams to develop new content to grow retailer.com business through SEO optimization, special programs, customer acquisition, and retention programs

    • Deploy, optimize, and measure media campaigns that meet business objectives, provide a seamless user experience, and efficiently convert shoppers

    • Oversee experimentation (A/B testing), attribution, ROI measurement and optimization for retail media

    • Present retailer media results to internal stakeholders and provide insights on performance vs. KPIs and education on RMN capabilities

    • Manage budgets to ensure spend meets contractual requirements and performance objectives

    • Leverage tools to ingest marketing performance data, monitor and diagnose media performance, and take action to improve overall media performance 

    • Constantly test new strategies to update and develop best practices

    • Provide timely feedback to retailers to ensure RMN partnerships are best-in-class

    • Continuously review and analyze the ever-changing retail media and advertising measurement landscape to ensure Too Faced and our retail partners remain competitive.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing roles preferably with hands on keyboard media experience. Ideally this candidate will be versed in full funnel/cross channel marketing with an understanding of how performance marketing and consumer engagement marketing work together.

    • Experience with retailer media networks (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Macy’s Media Network, etc.) and retailers’ first-party data

    • Deep working knowledge of key digital media channels (e.g., display, social, video, mobile, search, email, etc.) and an understanding of how to target shoppers throughout the funnel and drive conversion.

    • Ability to derive insights from data; fluent in gleaning insights and summarizing performance in a way that can be easily digested

    • Ability to craft compelling stories from data and educate cross-functional counterparts (e.g., Online brand leads, retail key account managers, data science, etc.)

    • Serve as team thought leader on retail media best practices and provide ongoing to inform future strategies

    • Flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and curiosity to test new tactics

    • Proactive nature, with the ability to identify opportunities early and recommend new strategies and solutions

    • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work across multiple retailers, projects and timelines concurrently
