  • Responsibilities

    The Operational Excellence Supervisor works in collaboration with all departments to support the business to improve and simplify existing processes.  This role delivers sustainable operational improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity by participating in or leading improvement projects.  Additionally, the role ensures that new processes contain and use continuous improvement methodologies.  The Operational Excellence Supervisor may engage exempt and non-exempt employees across all shifts and functional departments in the CI process and creates/ delivers appropriate LEAN/CI education to create and sustain a CI culture.

    The Operational Excellence Supervisor support the site-based Commercialization teams during the development, trialing and execution phases to ensure RFT execution in the introduction of new/changed products and technologies.  The Operational Excellence Supervisor also supports Value Realization and Optimization efforts through local participation in key corporate improvement initiatives. 

    QUALIFICATIONS

    LEAN certification/Six Sigma training or comparable preferred, or must be able to complete within first year.  Professional communication skills and proven leadership capabilities, Project management experience or certification preferred
