  • Responsibilities
    • This role will primarily focus on supporting Executive Compensation and Equity-Based Compensation. This professional will be responsible for benchmarking data for all executive compensation programs and equity-based compensation,  and assist in developing recommendations for review with the team, HR Connect Rewards/Equity vendor data management – ensuring data integrity as it relates to all systems (HR Connect/HRCR/Equity Vendor). Ownership of the monthly reconciliation process – responsible for analyzing the monthly equity reports and can reconcile between the equity vendor and finance partners. Being able to understand the data and determine the cause of any discrepancies. Maintaining control tables and reporting of executive compensation and equity compensation programs using various systems. Ensuring correct annual equity grants and RSU Vestings for participants. Ownership of the annual RSU Vesting – ensuring data integrity, validating global tax rates and rebilling where applicable.

    • This role requires effective interfacing with key business partners in employee services, HR Ops, payroll, accounting, tax, financial reporting, human resources, legal, and external vendors.

    • This role will be the main point of contact at is relates to data management and data requests between our equity vendor and our global mobility vendor.  This role will drive the annual proxy drafting and data collection along with their team members.

    • This professional will have the opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to our business and grow as an integral member of the total rewards/operations team. This professional will look for the ways to best stream-line current processes that are in place, utilizing the help of additional resources we have internally. 

    • Total Rewards cross-functional project participation

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors degree

    • 3 years related experience 

    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and establish relationships and strong communication skills across multiple functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Communications).

    • Strong proficiency in Excel (vlookup/index and match and macros), PowerPoint (creating presentations, graphs and charts)

    • Strong ability to learn and utilize different systems and programs

    • Strict attention to detail while dealing with large amounts of data, and confidentiality required. The ability to work independently and change focus when needed while making regular progress on assigned projects.

    • Ability to problem solve during month reconciliation between Equity vendor and accounting. Analyzing the data as well as being able to determine any root-causes for discrepancies and how to correct for going forward.
