NORTHROP GRUMMAN IS SEEKING a Business Management Analyst. This position will be located in our Enterprise Services organization at Falls Church, VA or worked remote/virtually. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’sIndustrial Security Service Line and overall Business Management Rotational Program supporting a variety of Business Management functions including, Monthly/Quarterly Activities, System Analytics & Maintenance, and Digital Transformation/Automation of processes. We routinely interact with and support each Sector and the Corporate office as well as partner with other ES Sector functions to help gain process efficiencies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited institution

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)

• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

• Basic to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher

• Good presentation, excel and writing/communication skills

• Self-motivated, willing to learn and interested in working in a team environment

• Knowledge in SAP and IBM Cognos

SALARY RANGE: $51,200 - $84,500
