    Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Specialist. This position will be located at our Space Systems Sector. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities within Supply Chain. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Supply Chain Organization within the Tactical Space Division.

    • Develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of business growth.

    • Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.

    • Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • This requisition may be filled at either a level 1 or a level 2.

    • Basic qualifications for a Supply Chain Specialist 1 are a Bachelor's Degree.

    • Basic qualifications for a Supply Chain Specialist 2 are a Master's Degree.

    A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited institution

    • Be majoring in or having majored in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)

    • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

    • Insert additional position specific BQ's if applicable.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
