    NORTHROP GRUMMAN IS SEEKING TALENT ACQUISITION/RECRUITING SUPPORT FOR AN INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY. This position will be located in our AERONAUTICS Sector and will be remote. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Talent Acquisition and Recruiting team.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    A CANDIDATE MUST MEET ALL OF THE BELOW CRITERIA. THE CANDIDATE MUST:

    • Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university.

    • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during SUMMER 2022.

    • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance if applicable (U.S. citizenship is a per-requisite)

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher

    INTERN PAY RANGE:

    Bachelor’s: $15.00 to $31.25 per hour

    Master’s: $23.50 to $40.00 per hour

    At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay . Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)for vacation and/orpersonal business.
