    Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Project Manager / Project Manager. This position will be located at our Space Systems Sector in Redondo Beach, CA

    The qualified candidate will become part of the Planning, Logistics & Infrastructure (PL&I) Department in the Strategic Space Systems Division (SSSD).

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

    • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

    • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

    • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

    Basic Qualifications for Associate Project Manager:

    A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

    • Be majoring in or having majored in Business, Supply Chain or related field

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)

    • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

    Basic Qualifications for Project Manager:

    • Be completing or has completed their Master's Degree from an accredited institution.

    • Be majoring in or having majored in Business, Supply Chain or related field

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher

    Associate Project Manager Salary Range: $58,000 - $87,000

    Project Manager Salary Range: $70,200 - $105,200
