    Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Project Management/Project Management. This position will be located at our Space Systems Sector in Roy, UT.

    The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Strategic Deterrent Systems Division.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
    • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
    • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

    This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Project Management (T01) or a Project Management (T02).

    Basic Qualifications for an Associate Project Management (T01):

    A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be completing or has completed their bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • Be majoring in or having majored in Business Management.
    • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

    Basic Qualifications for a Project Management (T02):

    A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be completing or has completed their master’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • Be majoring in or having majored in Business Management.
    • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

    Preferred Qualifications for both an Associate Project Management (T01) & Project Management (T02):

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
    • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).

    Salary Range:

    • Associate Project Management (T01): $51,000 - $75,100
    • Project Management (T02): $60,600 - $90,800

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay . Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
