    Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst (level 1) or Regulatory Compliance Analyst (level 2). This position has a preference to be located near our Aeronautics Systems Sector in either Redondo Beach, CA or Melbourne, FL with a part-time telework schedule. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Government Relations & Compliance organization, reporting to the Manager, Audit Liaison & Compliance in the Government Relations & Compliance (GR&C) organization.

    Essential Functions:

    • Indirect/Direct cost reviews in support of RFI’s (Request for Information from DCAA)
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
    • Ability to communicate efficiently with co-workers and DCAA Auditors
    • Ability to extracting data from SAP systems to support internal and DCAA request.
    • Ability to learn all NG policies and procedures required to interpret issues, determine solutions, and evaluate their impact on the NG business environment.
    • May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.
    • May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
    • Support ad-hoc request and special projects.

    Basic Qualifications for an Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Level 1):

    A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be completing or have completed their bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • Be majoring in or have majored in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related degree.
    • Be able to learn/apply Cost Accounting Standards
    • Be able to learn/apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
    • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

    Basic Qualifications for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Level 2):

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 3 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related degree; OR a Master's Degree with 1 year of stated experience.
    • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher
    • Basic knowledge of U.S. Government regulations, including Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), TINA and DFARS). Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on Excel (e.g., formulas, pivots, lookups, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint.
    • Well-developed oral and written communication skills to successfully work across business units at various levels and disciplines.

    Pay Range:

    • Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst $51,400 to $89,400
    • Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst $62,200 to $108,100
