    Northrop Grumman is seeking a SharePoint/Automation Developer (College Intern Technical) to join the Corporate Intern Program. This position will be virtual.

    The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Engineering Manufacturing Systems and Infrastructure (EMS&I) organization working on research and development networks. You will work in a distributed team environment where he/she will a ssist with SharePoint and Teamcenter Migrations, to include Infrastructure Development, Site Analysis, Migration Planning, User Acceptance Training, & Customer Communications. Migration content is of a mixed difficulty level: Simple (data only) to Complex (workflows and forms). Updating Corporate Hub Sites- NG Locations, ERGs & Leadership sites. Design and develop SPO Design Elements, to include site design elements for organizational, program and/or divisional sites, promoted link redesign, Technical Development Processes & Email Features (calendars & libraries).

    As an intern, you’ll participate in a summer internship program to develop competencies in a variety of specializations that may include:

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Basic coding experience using JavaScript, HTML and other tools based on requirements

    • Willingness to learn Sharepoint, PowerAutomate, & PowerApps

    • Ability to research, solve problems and carry out tasks with minimal supervision

    • Create and/or update documentation / instructions as directed

    • Ability to work well remotely with a virtual team

    Basic Qualifications

    A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2024.
    • Be majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field
    • ONLY CANDIDATES WHO HAVE THE LISTED DEGREE MAJORS WILL MEET THIS BQ. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE OF THE LISTED MAJORS THEY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION FOR THE POSITION.
    • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2024
    • Have U.S. citizenship

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
    • Previous internship/co-op experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
    • Good presentation and writing/communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment.
    • Web development (HTML, CSS). Preferably experience with any/all of Python Flask web framework, Gunicorn and NGINX
    • Familiarity with Linux operating system (package installation/removal, file permissions, network configuration, shell environment etc.)
    • Powershell, MongoDB, Ansible, Git
    • Exposure to basic networking (e.g. routing/switching and security)

    Intern Pay Range:

    Bachelor’s: $21.75 to $27.75 per hour

    Master’s: $32.75 to $34.75 per hour
