    Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Project Change Engineer. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Roy, UT

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development, request, and implementation of changes to the Program and technical baseline with a focus on ensuring changes are well understood, documented, and executed through the Program approved Change Boards. The Project Change Engineers bring a “cradle to grave” solution for Program changes.
    • Develop change request packages and represent the package through the change board process
    • Ensure change request package meets quality standards and is board ready
    • Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals
    • Coordinate and provide input into impact assessments
    • Coordinate resolution and closeout of board action items
    • Interface with Configuration Management when submitting change requests and finalize change requests after board approval
    • Ensure approved change requests are implemented prior to change request closure
    • Follow through to ensure change requests are closed timely;

    Basic Qualifications:

    A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution.
    • Be majoring in or having majored in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
    • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Be majoring in or having majored in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.

    Salary Range: $58,200- $87,200
