If you answered “yes”, the Design Synthesis Department within the Advanced Systems Development Center (ASDC) at Raytheon Missile Systems is interested to find out if you are a good addition to our team of engineers who develop solutions that address emerging engineering initiatives. The Design Synthesis Department develops art of the possible solutions to grow our business by providing right-sized engineering solutions to solve advanced engineering problems through forward thinking, reliable execution and collaboration.

We are seeking engineers who are technologically forward thinking, are self-motivated, have the ability to self-start, solve problems, and are capable of rapidly climbing the learning curve. You should also enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a desire to expand your horizons and knowledge base. The tasks require you to deliver 80% solutions quickly within two-week time windows in a multi-team environment. The candidate must be open to receiving and acting upon critical feedback.
