• Participate as a member of the Aeronautics Strategy and Business Development team in developing strategies and engaging customers relative to aeronautics solutions to their mission needs.
• Position requires self-motivation, an interest in and willingness to learn US and international military acquisition processes, customer focus, strong communication skills (written and oral), and business acumen.

Assignment may include:

• Analyzing customer requirements and industry offerings
• Developing responses to solicitations
• Planning and executing customer engagement activities
• Interfacing across the organization at all levels
• Identifying resource requirements for new business pursuits

• Bachelor’s or Master’s program pursuing a degree in business administration or other business related discipline.
• Must be a US citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Prior experience in a related industry preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively as a team member on complex projects
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis
• Demonstrated understanding of the US government and branches of the US military. Desire to learn Department of Defense acquisition processes
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with software such as MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
