Associate Business Analysts will spend up to three months learning the roles of each of 4-6 of positions above and then will be mapped into one of these positions or will be transferred a position according to their skill set and current job openings at all SNC Locations. The Associate Business Analyst will acquire the skills listed in each training agenda and be required to create an Individual Development Plan at the start of the program and continue to update it as they progress through the program.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Program Support
- Learn Cobra and MS Project software to support CPPM process and to assist Program Managers
- Learn to price, baseline, and process status and forecast updates in Cobra
- Understand how to run and interpret all the Program Support related Enterprise BI reports
Finance
- Learn to support program/internal financial reporting requirements and assist with various financial analysis projects
- Learn to prepare FMR package, Business Area and Org P&L Statements, and KERP target calculations within CPPM schedule
- Understand how to run and interpret all the FMR related Enterprise BI reports
Proposals
- Understand SNC’s Forward Pricing Rate Agreement (FPRA) to complete FAR Sheets and submit FAR Compliant proposals
- Learn the functions of proposal gate 3. 0 and negotiation gate 3. 1
- Understand the different types of proposals/contracts (FFP, CPFF, T&M)
Contracts
- Overview of the Contracts Tearoom (Gate 3.2) and Contract Closeout
- Overview of the Contract Rollup, Mods, Master Form, Review and Summary
- Understand Gate 15 Contract Closeout and Closeout Review
Billings
- Learn to prepare monthly billings per the billing work instructions and to maintain the billing module
- Establish relationships with Program Managers and Contracts in order to incorporate labor categories into the Team T&M billings
- Learn how to perform multiple billing reconciliations, postings, and journal entries for direct projects
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
