    Northrop Grumman is seeking an ASSOCIATE SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS OPERATIONS/COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST/ SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS OPERATIONS/COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST.

    This position will be located at our Space Sector in DULLES, VA.

    JOB DUTIES:

    Responsible for processes and activities within supply chain related operations and/or compliance such as regulatory compliance, systems and technology, data analytics and performance, international supply chain, operational excellence and supply base diversity. Manages, develops or supports strategic direction and tactical execution of governance (policy, procedure, processes, etc.), priorities, initiatives and related activities.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Supply Chain level or a Supply Chain level.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSOCIATE SUPPLY CHAIN

    A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
    • Be majoring in or having majored in a Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field
    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
    • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SUPPLY CHAIN

    A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution
    • Be majoring in or having majored in a Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field
    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
    • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.7/4.0 or higher
    • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
    • Strong technical understanding of MS Excel and a working proficiency in Tableau.

    SALARY RANGES:

    • Associate Supply Chain: 56,300.00 - 84,500.00
    • Supply Chain: 68,100.00 - 102,100.00
