Position Description

You will serve as a Business Management Specialist in the Performance Operations Management and Support Division, MRO Production Department of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will perform analysis to determine the most efficient means to structure and implement a new business process.
• You will develop processes that detail how a given business system is used to perform daily depot business operations.
• You will document and manage configuration of depot business application processes via written process guides.
• You will maintain oversight and audit how business systems are utilized to ensure adherence to processes.
• You will develop ad hoc reports using a variety of query tools in order to research data inconsistencies, business processes, and anticipate problems.
