    Standard Job Responsibilities Include:

    • Development of Acquisition Strategy, Bid Packages, Evaluation and Negotiations of Supplier Proposals and Purchase Order creation and documentation.
    • Supplier Management of Contract Deliverables according to Cost, Schedule and Performance
    • Integration with Lockheed Martin Supply Chain Management, Quality, Engineering, Program Management or Finance and Business Operations and others.
    • Adherence to Policies & Procedures under the guidance of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs).
    • Risk Management and development of mitigation plans with Supplier, Supplier Performance Team and Internal Customers
    • Occasional travel could be required.
  • Qualifications

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree; Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field -Must be a U.S Citizen

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Candidate must be self-motivated, a strong communicator, able to effectively multi-task, with an ability to balance multiple priorities at one time. Will work with Microsoft Suite of Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
    • Should possess strong communication and follow up skills
    • Ability to organize tasks and prioritize assignments
    • Effective time management skills
    • Problem solving / critical thinking skills
    • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
    • Ability to be flexible and embrace change
    • Self-motivated and takes initiative
    • Internship Procurement knowledge, Supplier knowledge
