    Northrop Grumman is seeking an IT MARKETING/GRAPHIC ARTIST to join the Enterprise Services Intern Program. This position will be virtual. Virtual positions may be filled in any US State and selection will be based on the most qualified candidate. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Missions & Operations Excellence.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    This is role will assist the IT Operations business lines in marketing of all IT Product improvements or new solutions - being creative and innovative is key. MS Teams/MS SharePoint will be used to help collaborate with our customers, business lines and to market changes. This role will ensure content is current from all the business line operations, so a process needs to be created to ensure current, along with assisting with branding when needed. Graphic design is required to help with creating a marketing page via MS SharePoint, along with excellent PowerPoint skills. Video content creation is a plus. The role will work closely with the communications team to ensure alignment with Northrop Grumman communication guidelines. This role will help with validating user experience after product improvements are released within our Scaled Agile Framework. Surveys and focus groups will be held with customers to ensure continuous improvements are being captured and flowed to appropriate agile team or train. This role with work closely with our business line analyst on the release management of product improvements. The analysis of metrics will be done as well for continuous process improvements and to ensure adoption of IT changes. This role will also support the workflow team designing and creating them within the Service Now solution.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet all the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2022.

    • Be majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)

    • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2022

    • Have U.S. citizenship

    • Excellent communications, listening and writing skills

    • PowerPoint skills, User Experience, Graphic Design, MS Teams

    • Marketing skills

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)

    • Good presentation and writing/communication skills.

    • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment.

    INTERN PAY RANGE:

    • Bachelor's: $15.00 to $31.25 per hour

    • Master's: $22.25 to $40.00 per hour
