Performs under the general direction of a Contract Relations Manager or Senior Manager, on specifically assigned projects. Detailed focus upon the closeout process, which includes both prime and subcontractors. Assists in accepting delegated contract administration tasks, which may include routine customer interface, preparation and coordination of correspondence, maintaining the official Raytheon BBN contract file, maintenance of the department management information database, and arranging meetings.

• May assist in preparing cost proposals under the guidance of responsible Representative or Manager
• Coordinates administrative matters with customers and subcontractors
• Responsible for contract administration tasks assigned by the Contract Relations Manager
• Maintains official Raytheon BBN contract files
• Performs updates to the contract management information database
