The Corporate IT Service Delivery Co-op will be working as part of the Corporate Service Delivery function within Information Technology’s End-User Services. They will be focused on increasing user productivity and enhancing their experience_._

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

The successful candidate will analyze and sustain operational processes and recommend improvements in the following areas:

• Manage end user issues from initial escalation to resolution
• Take proactive measures to mitigate end user downtime
• Partner with our IT service supplier on the Corporate PC Program
• Deliver IT services to end users by leveraging vendor relationships
• Incident and service request analysis / resolution
• Support other activities and projects as directed by management

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize
• Knowledge and experience with IT project management processes
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office products, heavy focus on Excel & PowerPoint

DESIRED SKILLS:

• HTML knowledge
• End User Support / Operations experience
• PC/Network technology experience / education
• Database knowledge
• Experience presenting results to management and stakeholders

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Candidate must be in/entering their sophomore, junior or senior of an undergraduate degree program and actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
