DESCRIPTION: Perform as DCA weapon integration support. The selected candidate will report directly to the manager of the Stores Management Team. Primary responsibility is to support the F-35 Block 4 contract tasking for the Weapon Integration team. Tasks include but are not limited to : Coordinate with POCs in Weapon Integration, Mission Systems and Vehicle Systems to obtain equipment design documentation required to compile "Functional Design Description" documents addressing all control/monitor functional threads for the employment of the F-35 DCA weapon.

• Identification/Utilization of FMECA and fault tree information to depict overall reliability of weapon functional operations.
• Coordination/support of F-35 Block 4 lab integration and flight test for DCA.
• Participate in Weapon Interface Working Groups and related meetings.
• Support development of Block 4 DCA certification documents.
• Coordinate/support SMS equipment suppliers
• Conduct information entry/update to F-35 program tools for weapon integration & sustainment
• The position will require occasional travel.

DESIRED SKILLS: 

• Experience in Systems Engineering, Requirements Development and Decomposition. supporting system engineering technical reviews
• Systems engineering, electrical engineering or other engineering degree
• Strong oral and written communication skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in electrical engineering or in a related engineering/technical discipline
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**
