Job Description:

The selected candidates will participate on engineering teams performing design, development and integration of RMS test products within the Test Systems Solution Center. As such, the candidate will contribute to the development of all stages of test product development for RMS products. The candidates will be responsible for performing technical, cost and schedule management of their assigned projects. They often act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products. The candidate will determine and pursue courses of action to obtain the desired results.

Typical work involves the development of both engineering and production test equipment including efforts in the following discipline:

• Electrical Engineering with emphasis on test system design and development

Required Skills:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• The candidate should possess excellent engineering skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills as well as strong written/verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and able to manage personal workload with a demonstrated ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
• Ability to obtain DoD issued Secret Clearance; U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

Desired Skills:

• Familiar with basic lab test equipment, PSpice, Timing Designer and Mentor Graphics design tools

Required Education:

• Bachelors or Masters of Science in an Engineering field (Electrical, Computer or related discipline) from an ABET accredited curriculum with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Must have graduated in the past 18 months.
• For the G06 position the job title will be Electrical Engineer I and for the G07 position the job title will be Electrical Engineer II
