  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Management of a Complex Electronic Hardware procurement and integration for a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including communication radio suite, navigation systems, integrated electronic warfare and counter measure systems, radar systems, flight management system, controls, processors, displays, and memory device products.
    • Knowledgeable with test techniques both at the equipment level and the aircraft level, and develop problem solutions and work-around plans.
    • Work with Mission Systems Design/Test Engineers to assure sub-system designs meet intended overall system design goals.
    • Interpretation of customer requirements, creation of system and equipment level requirements, development of statements of work, implementation, test, integration, and closure.
    • Provides this technical expertise to internal and external customers who integrate, field and sustain responsible products.

  • Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or related technical degree.
    • Must be a US Citizen, this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

    Desired skills

    • Interest in design and qualification of modern aircraft avionics
    • Specific knowledge, coursework, or project experience with processors, displays, and/or mass storage devices.
    • Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills in a team environment
