Position Description

You will serve as a Senior Electronics Engineer for Electrical Power and Wiring on the H-1 Fleet Support Team at In-Service Support Center's (ISSC) of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will oversee development/evaluation of engineering and logistics documents, engineering change proposals, technical directives, inspection/maintenance requirements, repairs and redesign of the platform's systems and components.
• You will be handling the technical oversight of any branch/subordinate level engineers and related technical support personnel.
• You will determine the best approach to resolve complex technical engineering problems.
• You will negotiate conflict between engineering, Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT and E), logistics contractors and program management.
• You will investigate, research and determine applicability of modifications for program.
