  • Responsibilities

    DESCRIPTION:

    • Drive Change: Be a change champion for CoA, Employee Experience, OpEx, ESH, HR processes etc. Understand and continuously convey the necessity and benefits of change. Minimize obstacles. Model and foster an Above the Line approach to innovation and problem solving.
    • Support Leaders of Change: Understand the challenge of the business leader. Minimize obstacles and provide leadership enablers in the form of tools, concepts, communications, solutions and approaches. Coach with influence, to shape and grow leadership capability.
    • Imbed Learning in the Work: Propel learning that impacts business results via creative and just in time, on the job methods. Impact populations. Increase organizational business acumen.
    • Facilitate Strategy Development: Support leadership in developing a culture strategy. Introduce and facilitate process and tools for effective strategy creation and deployment
    • Communications: Leverage communications experts and resources to enhance all steps of the change process: Awareness, Desire, Ability, Knowledge and Reinforcement. Move the change substantially via communications.
    • Develop and Evolve Impact Measurements: Develop methods to measure the impact of culture, and employee experience, evolution on business results.
    • Enable Positive Employee Experiences: Apply engagement survey results, focus group feedback and data from other sources to develop and refine employee experience strategy. Partner with others to examine current processes for employee impact. Redesign and reprioritize as required. Measure for business impact.
    • Enable Positive Leader Experiences: Partner with others to examine current processes for leader impact. Redesign and reprioritize as required to enhance leader experiences. Measure for business impact.
    • Promote Laterals Between People and Teams: Integrate organizational design principles into culture work. Shatter Silos.
    • See It and Own It: Relentlessly pursue the opinions of others. See the hard things. Change beliefs, take action, positively impact results.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
    • Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
