Position Description

You will serve as an Engineering Psychologist in the Commander Group, Executive Director Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will demonstrate outstanding technical leadership in a frontier area which influences major projects, proposals, and the direction of major work.
• You will direct research in aviation systems for naval aviation and enterprise regarding overall policy, planning and implementation of advanced concepts and systems applications or emerging new technology.
• You will be educating the workforce on the Human Systems Performance (HSP) technical area and providing guidance for the development of technical solutions to solve warfighter gaps.
• You will engage in research, development, test, and evaluation; production process development; quality control; sustainment; or other technically sophisticated activities who meet the criteria are eligible for nomination to the Fellows Program.
• You will accomplish other duties as assigned.
