  • Responsibilities

    This position is for an early career professional who will be a member of the Enterprise Operation Center (EOC) staff team. The EOC is a 24/7/365 support organization providing assistance to LM customers around the world. The EOC specialist will be responsible for supporting LM Aero platforms in a variety of sustainment roles during and outside of normal business hours. Be responsible to perform both Operations tasks and administration type functions. This support will take the form of status reporting, technical support, supply support, administrative tasks such as data analysis, metrics, and other various support actions across F-35, F-22, C-130, C-5, F-16, and P-3 aircraft. The EOC specialist may be required to work a variety of shifts to include first, second, or third on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The candidate for this position will be assigned specifically to the 2nd shift, but may be requested to work other shift times due to filling in for other personnel who are on leave (vacation, illness, etc). Schedule changes may occur with short notice. Ultimately the candidate for this position must be able to work any shift (nights, weekends, and holidays). Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position is expected to be located in North Fort Worth, TX at the F-35 Product Support Integration Center.

    Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and will require a Secret security clearance after starting.

  • Qualifications

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Two years minimum related experience and/or bachelors degree.
    • Must have prior aircraft maintenance (military or commercial) or aircraft supply chain experience.
    • Experience making presentations to customer and company personnel.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Excel, etc.

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Familiarity with sustainment systems in use by the various aircraft programs is also preferred (e.g. Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), Field Information Network (FIN), Global On-Line Data (GOLD) catalogue system, JSF Data Library (JDL) etc.).
    • Experience with IT systems and tools.
    • Customer support skills and /or strong communication skills, verbal and written.
    • Familiarity with aircraft maintenance and supply practices is preferred.
    • Familiarity with web environment and SharePoint.
    • Experience with the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) a plus.
