Position Description

You will serve as a Facility Operations Specialist in the Infrastructure Business Operations Department, Facilities & Space Mgt Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will develop requirements for facility modification, replacement, or construction.
• You will make recommendations based on analysis and findings in the facility allocation, use, modification, and acquisition processes.
• You will serve as a facilities project technical point of contact and provides ongoing, day-to-day facilities liaison support between NAVAIR/NAWCWD and the service providers.
• You will support the proper and timely execution of all NAWCWD facilities sustainment, restoration and modernization investments, specifically in the areas of facilities master planning and engineering design.
