DESCRIPTION: This position will support Advanced Development Programs (ADP) in Fort Worth, TX supporting a multitude of program finance functions; including establishing / managing program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Completion (EAC), and variance analysis using enterprise toolsets including CostView and WinSight and others. The candidate will also perform multiple financial analyses including cost allocation, cost control, and preparing data analysis for presentation to various levels of leadership.

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Degree in Finance or Business-related field.
• Ability to develop and use pivot tables and data bases to obtain data and develop reports.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and how to apply them.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to develop affirmative working relationships and to interface with all levels of personnel in a positive manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel.
