    Finance Business Operations is responsible for the administration, support and training of all Finance tools used in Raytheon IIS; finance communication; all finance training; development and deployment of finance policies; and internal audit, training and support of Raytheon Earned Value Management policies and practices.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Assist with analysis of process or system issues as reported by IIS Finance community.
    • Work with various senior employees to gather requirements, participate in the development & testing of solutions and prepare end-user documentation.
    • Learn the value of Earned Value Management practices and analytics to evaluate program health
    • Assist the EV compliance team with various internal audits.
    • Develop program startup skills from a program management and tools usage and use those skills to assist senior business operations employees on new program setup.
    • Provide support for ensuring effective and timely communication to the IIS Finance Community.
    • Assist with identifying learning gaps within our finance team and scheduling training as needed.
  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Must be capable of multi-tasking while keeping attention to detail
    • Strong analytical skills

    This position requires the ability to access systems that contain information restricted to US Citizens based on certain Federal Government contractual requirements.

    DESIRED SKILLS

    • Self-starter and highly motivated individual with a positive "Can do" attitude
    • Strong problem solving, organizational, and presentation skills

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    • Candidate must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in the area of Business, Finance, or Accounting or IT, and maintain at least a 3.0 in a 4.0 grade scale.
