An excellent opportunity exists within the Raytheon Global Business Services Contracts to Cash department as a Financial Analyst II. This position in the cash management department is very crucial in the cycle of generating cash for Raytheon Company.

Responsibilities:

• Customer invoicing of various types of government, commercial and foreign contracts.
• Responsible for unbilled items on assigned contracts
• Review new contract input and modifications for accurate billings
• Analysis of cost incurred in SAP project module and reconciliation of any variance with the SD module. (Billing)
• Work with Program Office to resolve issues, period of performance, cost in excess, billing code problems, etc.
• Meet with Data Integrity Group and Contracts Department to resolve funding issues.
• Participate in Six Sigma Specialist Projects to effect process improvement
• Understand FAR regulations as they apply to Government Financing

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2+ years of relative finance experience gained in a large scale enterprise
• Able to deliver effective presentations to external customers
• Willingness to travel and participate in ad hoc projects
• Ability to multi task

DESIRED SKILLS:

• 3.0 GPA and above
• Relevant internship or co-op experience
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with current financial software tools and understanding of related applications
• Experience with MS Access database software
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
• Experience with Microsoft office (pivot tables)
• Related Billing Experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• BS/BA or 0 years with a MBA/Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline by Summer 2018 or have graduated within 18 months prior to start date.
