Responsibilities:

Under close supervision; assists in the preparation and administration of subcontracts and procurements, consistent with client requirements government regulations and procurement policies/procedures.

Takes initiative to troubleshoot issues as they arise and learns Global Supply Chain Management standards, plans and policies.

Disseminates information to appropriate stakeholders regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.

Collaborates cross functionally with PAE staff representing the legal, technical, financial, and managerial interests of the subcontract award and technical performance.

Ensures the receipt, accuracy and timeliness of subcontractor submitted documents relating to the subcontract deliverables as well as monitoring performance relative to timeliness, cost considerations, and technical objectives.

Present synopsis of internship responsibilities and achievements to PAE executives at the conclusion of internship

Contribute to data analytics relevant to the Global Supply Chain organization and its stakeholders.

Requirements:

Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in an accredited college majoring in Supply Chain Mangement, Logistics, or related field.

Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance

0-5 years of experience with directly related experience in the government contracting environment preferred

Self-starter, actively seeks out assignments, and independent attitude

Strong communication skills and desire to work in a team environment

Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Must be fluent in verbal and written English

Ability to pass a pre-employment screening process to include background check and drug screen is required.
