Position Description

You will serve as Human Capital Consultant in the Human Capital Management Group Labor and Employee Relations Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide advisory services to all levels of management and serviced organizations on labor relations.
• You will advise management on labor relations, law, negotiations, and agreements.
• You will advise management on handling employee job performance deficiencies to include provide advice and guidance on appropriate methods for handling employee performance deficiencies.
• You will represent management on labor negotiations.
• You will write letters for management in response to employee performance deficiencies and conduct management inquiries.
