You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT in the PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT OFFICE of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide advice and resources to managers in recruiting, hiring, and delivering the right people to support the warfighter.
• You will develop and implement annual recruiter training.
• You will administer annual recruitment events and recruiter assignments.
• You will conduct event?and recruitment source analysis.
