Information Technology (IT) Planning & Analysis Engineer I to serve as a member of a team focused on IT Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products (hardware, software, limited services) procurement, supporting a broad customer base.

• Receive and review IT procurement requests from other members of the program team; ensure IT COTS requirements are clearly identified; review requirements for performance and other risks, warranty options, sizing criteria, training offerings, licensing; interface with Supply Chain and oversee purchase requisitions to ensure timely and accurate IT purchases and delivery.
• Interface with Raytheon warehouse to ensure timely receipt of items undamaged and prepare for forward shipment.
• Help streamline customer support processes, while ensuring high customer satisfaction; identify opportunities for improvement to Raytheon program management based on customer interactions.
• Work with supervisor and team to grow job skills.
• Eligible to obtain a security clearance.
