Position Description

You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST in the Corporate Operations Group; Digital, Analytics, infrastructure, and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will aid the Activity Customer Technical Representatives (ACTRs) in processing all new seat orders, service requirements and proposed Moves, Adds and Changes for consistency with competency NMCI allocations.
• You will submit accurate and completely documented seat orders to capture the seat-level detail needed by the NMCI vendor for effective delivery and steady state operation of NMCI seats and services.
• You will keep ACTRs fully informed of current and projected NMCI operational capabilities and advise them on how those may be applied to address program IT/IM requirement, including those that are non-standard in nature.
• You will make recommendations on a wide range of NMCI programmatic issues, including recommended improvements in business rules and resource technical administration.
• You will collect and analyze program-level performance metrics to evaluate and document vendor compliance with Service Level Agreements, and contractually defined performance standards.
