    This role is for an Information Systems Engineer / Analyst for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) at Orlando, Florida. The Information Systems Engineer / Analyst is part of a Kit Delivery team that oversees build, install, configuration and deployment/delivery of the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) components, servers and laptops for F-35 customers both domestic and international.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be able to attain and maintain US DoD Secret security clearance.
    • Must be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
    • Systems & software engineering process background
    • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required
    • Hands-on Information Technology and/or Systems Administrator knowledge
    • Good Communication & Verbal skills
    • Self Starter & the ability to multitask

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    In addition to the basic requirements above, the successful candidate may have one or more of the following:

    • Current Security+, CySA+, or CCNA Security certification
    • Knowledge of and/or experience with system administration, which may include:
    • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Internet Protocol (IP) Switch Fabric architecture (e.g., Routing, Fail Over, etc.)
    • Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers (Win2012) and virtual machines
    • User Account Maintenance (Active Directory)
    • Hardware/System Monitoring of physical and virtual servers
    • Maintaining/upgrading system hardware and startup/shutdown of rack components
    • Applying operating system updates, anti-virus/anti-spyware updates, and patch updates
    • Experience troubleshooting Web Applications
    • JBOSS (WildFly) Application Server Familiarity
    • Understanding of Network Open System Interconnection (OSI) Model Layers
    • Knowledge of Networked Attached Storage (NAS) systems and supported protocols
