    Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Analyst Intern.This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Oklahoma City, OK. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Business Management organization.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    The selected candidate will be expected to support one of the following Business Management areas:

    • Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
    • Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
    • Compiles, reviews and analyzes data.
    • Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
    • May design processes to enhance work flow.
    • Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

    • Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2022.
    • Be majoring in a business degree.
    • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile).
    • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
    • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2022.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Have an overall GPA of 3.25 or higher.
    • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).

    PAY RANGE:

    • Undergraduate degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master's program): $16.75 to $21.50 per hour
    • Master's: $26.25 to $27.25 per hour

    At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to basepay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
