You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT) in the SUSTAINMENT GROUP, AVIATION READINESS & RESOURCE ANALYSIS DEPT, LOGISTICS & MAINTENANCE & TECHNOLOGY DIV, REQUIREMENTS BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will perform work that involves the planning and delivery of customer support services for All Weapons Information Systems (AWIS).
• You will assess and troubleshoot user issues and provide recommendations for solutions.
• You will follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• You will execute test plans, test cases, and/or test procedures and document test results
