DESCRIPTION:Acts as a learning consultation with internal clients throughout the Aeronautics Business Area. Aids in the design of learning solutions in various delivery modes (instructor-led, blended approaches, etc.) to address business/performance needs, often partnering with internal and external development resources. Implements instructional measurement strategies and participates in monitoring/updating learning and performance solutions. Co-facilitates instructor led classes.

Needs Analysis & Performance Consulting

• Support diagnosing organization/performance needs, gaps and root causes to determine knowledge, skills and behaviors required to achieve desired performance

Communication, Partnership and Collaboration

• Develop deep relationships within the T&OC function, as well as with business and HR leaders to identify and drive employee and leader performance improvement.
• Partner with other learning professionals to deliver specific solutions and implement enterprise-wide solutions

Instructional Design/Development

• Aid in the design of innovative learning solutions in various delivery modes for clients across the enterprise at all levels of the organization that are practical for the business environment and drive performance improvement.

Facilitation/Presentation

• Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
